guitar playing is pretty alright. You make a lot of mistakes, but i cant blame you. You were distracted by trying to sing like Billy and crashing and burning horribly in doing so. Don't try to sing like Billy Corgan. Seriously. Don't: only billy can sound like billy, sound like yourself.
The voice is great, but FUCK, DUDE ! Use a Metronome !!! This song ain't that hard to play, but you flip around the timings and play way to fast, as if you think that we all are drunk and don't see the difference anyway...

Anyway I suggest you some training in singing more softly in some parts. If you improve that (and tuning guitar as well), you can shave your head, kill billy and replace him, and no one will realize anything.
Maybe record the tracks separately - focus on getting the guitar tempo exact then I think if you overlayed vocals onto it then you would be scary close.
u have no sense of rythme...the only common point with corgan it's the voice...sing with your voice man ,get some style... billy has a great flow when he plays guitar,u haven't
the guitar timing are horrible. too fast and no feeling.
and have to train more the tone of voice.
