The Catholic Church does change- you all had a bit of a change to your liturgy recently didn't you, not to mention Vatican II. Also I have not heard about any dispensations being sold lately and you all seem OK with Galileo now as well, right? And this is all good...God reveals His mind to us in His time when we are ready. And my church is far from dying...it is a vibrant place full of love and service .

@elinorcrowell Jesus didnt make bishops but he made the equal to. He made apostles and apostles named successors and over the centuries those became known as bishops. The essence of a bishop and the essence of an apostles are the exact same. This is y catholicism has lasted 2000yrs. God never changes. The truth never changes. Catholic church never changes. The Gospels were canonized by the pope in 399ad
