Bishop Ingham says that he is glad to be a Canadian Anglican and hopes that others in the diocese will choose that identity for themselves. Are we called to be culturally Canadian-Anglican-Christians? Is that most important? It seems that the Bishop should instead be calling his people to identify themselves with Christ first - cultural and denominational identities are secondary.
