@SKIDKILLER1 - vice city was great for the setting characters and storyline but imo the best gta overall was san andreas . the sheer scale and variety of the terrain with cities and rural areas, rednecks, monster trucks, the jetpack, harrier jet. fleeing san andreas to frisco or whatever it was called was awesome. vegas, some really interesting missions. i like gta4 but its too bad that some of the things from sa didnt carry over

I think the next GTA will be in a completely original fictional city (not based on an actual city). That's what I think "Liberty City - it's over" means, I think. If you think about it, real-life cities are boring. That's why people travel abroad. I don't think it will be a country outside of the U.S., due to the idea that the radio stations will be weird.
