Hi. Thank you. Rosalie is extremely adorable and loves to wear her brother's clothes or else pink. I got her off of eBay by posting a Want It Now, after I saw her brother, Yumel, on the National News one night. She originally comes from Japan, but since I don't speak the language, it was not possible for me to purchase her from there. Rosalie's cousins can also be found in South Korea, France, and England, but they all speak Japanese.
There is a NERUL on eBay right now! I have been watching her for awhile, so do a search and you will see her. She is listed for about $75, has darker hair, and is wearing an orange/peach dress. She is very cute, which is why I am watching her, but I already have one.

The instructions will be in Japanese, so no luck there, but I put the 4 batteries inside of her and then squeezed her little hand to make her talk. Other than that, I cannot help you but she really does do more than I know. When her batteries die down, she closes her eyes and goes to sleep. Oh, you got a real bargain on price as Rosalie cost a lot more. Enjoy your little girl!
