It is a really cool product, and has added to our enjoyment of cooking. The only thing is weight. I hope a lighter version will be on the market when I grow older.
The primitive hand made casting is done by WOLL, the high-end coating process with the plasma layer is at the factory that produces the Swiss Diamond products, but has stopped to produce for WOLL...
