  • Thanks for uploading. Have been looking for this for years! Presume this came from N2. Notice N1 in this clip with the old Six O'Clock News set. Was this kept in tact as late as 1997? Also what has happened to these studios today? Once again thanks for uploading.

  • They got one little thing wrong - the globe in the coat of arms isn't a direct descendant of the BBC1 globe, rather the other way round. The BBC1 globe came from the inclusion of a globe in the coat of arms.

  • The other thing about this look at BBC News studio is the music it sounds very orchestrated.

  • A very interesting clip, i'd suggest putting it onto a backup DVD and sending it to TV-Ark, they'd love to have it along side the HDTDT BBC 2 video

  • @SI3DFilms I would second that. Extremely interesting, thanks for uploading

  • An interesting clip on the BBC (virtual) News studio from an 1997 edition of How Do They Do That? cooperweekend.

I remember this show very well indeed I can remember when the How Do They Do That? was submerged in water along with the presenters.

  • @Classictv90s Your right there this is a very interesting clip of the BBC (Virtual News Studio from 1997) it looks very amazing at a matter of fact I don't really remember that show myself but to be honest I know it was shown sometime in 1997 but it seems amazing to see how they play the opening titles on the BBC Bulletins and its great to see the bbc six 0 clock news opening titles on this I absolutely love the BBC News Titles from the Virtual Era starting of at 0:00 its a very amazing insight
