@WinneTWO30 All Bloody Mess does now is dismember their limbs, nothing more. Stealth Armor doesn't give you invisibility, but you can download a mod that enables it.

Pal, it's because the PC gamer you played with had the Broken Steel add-on pack. It allows you to keep playing after the technical "end" of the game. It also costs upwards of $15, so not everyone owns it. It's also known to be gamebreaking on the PS3, which is unfortunately the system I own. The add-on is available on all platforms, so grab yourself an Xbox 360 copy of the GOTY Edition, which comes with all (8, is it?) add-on packs.

I play on 360. All of my guns have thousands of rounds except i only have 900+ rounds for .44 ammo. Favorite gun? Terrible Shotgun! Best perk? Nuclear anomaly. Bad karma. 1,700+ stimpacks from casdin pickpocket and repeat. Amazing. All DLC weapons.

I like the perk, and would make sure I always got it when possible, but SOMETIMES, the perk gets a little ridiculous. I shoot a radroach in the back with a silenced pistol and EVERYTHING blew off. Head, limbs, etc. I didn't even use vats!
