The Manga Is so different from the anime, I have to say the manga seems alot more mature in death wise.

Or just buy it... there's only 5 books, so it's roughly $35.

It's not a big loss, especially compared to some of the current running manga.

i suggest buying from a bookstore and not online though, the cover art was changed in a rerelease and absolutely ruined it. Try to find a consistent title style when buying.

@sabata2 I found the manga, but it's different. The story starts off with some headmaster with an altar power that uses other humans to build himself in the beginning. Is this the flawed one you were talking about?

It was definitely more graphic but I think there were more impacting deaths in the Anime.

That said, I still like the manga more.

Ehh, outside of his Lion Fist I prefer the Manga version. He looked like a lizard to me in the anime (especially when he first gets the suit).

Manga version makes him look far more "corrupted" or "evolved".

One thing the Anime did that the manga couldn't was to show the consequences of using power from the other side. Losing pieces of your body and actually having to alter back what you lost. (Look at the skin tone of Kaz's arm in the last episode)

If u watch his arm after he used his alter so many times it seems like his arm will just split into 4 pieces all the way up to his shoulder so its possible he has a hole in his hand.
