And even in those big cities things vary from the city center (where you pretty much have western standards) to the outer areas of the city (where it's pretty much like in this video ... and where most people live).

This is exactly what its like. I was there not so long ago and stopping at red lights seemed optional, as long as you beep the horn you can do anything, you could also drive on whatever side of the road you chose. I took a picture that showed a truck and a motorbike coming towards me on either side of me, ON MY SIDE OF THE ROAD FOR FUCKS SAKE. It was fun though and I came home in one piece.
