ummm there alot of steps to cleaning contact lenses..with mine I have to put them against the light to make sure I dont see any debris on them...and it requires rinsing them on the tip of my index and tumb..as I rub them...

@ladamadelcaribe yes i do something similar. i actually waste alot of solution cleaning my contacts. i always find one little speckle in the light.

by scrubbing you just mean scrubbing it down into your hand/the solution on your hand? not actually trying to scrub the contact lens itself with your finger?

lol yes, if you actually scrub your contacts; you're gonna rip them, then you can't wear them!
