  • Ya its 3 different exercises, the (-) in the title separate them. The first exercise with both feet staying plant is a swiss ball leg curl. The second where he just removes a foot for the negative portion of the rep is a 2 in 1 out curl. The last exercise where he keeps one foot removed is single leg hamstring curls. I believe he is demonstrating these in a progression of difficulty, and the single leg full reps are difficult, especially when done very slowly and controlled, as they should be:)

  • to my eye he does three different reps here. The first has both feet on the ball. The second has one leg raise halfway off the ball near the end of the rep, then return to the ball. The last has one leg raise up high before the leg curl is performed. Am I correct to assume that only the last two reps in this vid are what's known as single leg hamstring curls?
