no, and I'm pretty sure the main reason is because characters like Kagura, Bando, Towa, and Komachi don't have Japanese voice actors, but idk I don't think that option has been in any clash of ninja game.

Hm, I was thinking that this might slow down at that speed from wifi battles online. And I don't think that's a bad idea.

Slo-mo gameplay is A LOT better than unresponsive lag, so I hope they will do that for bad connections(which are sure to come).
