Secondly and most importantly releasing state prisoners is beyond the jurisdiction of any president, and especially a President who says he is going to leave it up to the states to decide.

About those newsletters from 22 years ago. At the time he was a physician and didn't have time to read every one. He was a publisher, not the writer and not the editor. He admits to not having the time to be a very good publisher.
Here's the thing about the newsletter: I don't think Paul himself believes in any of that bullshit, but he knowingly STIRRED IT UP for his personal profit (these newsletters contributed generously toward his mid 90s income) and to gain some hype from the extremist fringe of militiamen at that time, i.e. the Tim McVeighs who believed that Israel was driving a one world government. If that's the crowd he wants, do you really want to be his supporter?

I was kind of surprised your response wasn't scathing against Paul.
When I listen to him, he takes positions against gay bashing, or muslim bashing, etc. and his foreign policy is neutral and peaceful towards all religion and races and nationalities. He's the only politician that actually acknowledges both US civilians and civilians in Iraq, Afghanistan etc. that suffer from war, sanctions. His ability to see and acknowledge and be neutral to all sides makes me comfortable he's not racist.

@proteanview I hope you will point out in this next video that the elimination of outrageous military spending and the elimination of useless govt. agencies, if my math is correct, will free up a ton of money that, if it is the peoples will, could be used for local, and thus way more efficient, social programs. Such savings would likely make many programs unnecessary.

I was kind of surprised your response wasn't scathing against Paul.
When I listen to him, he takes positions against gay bashing, or muslim bashing, etc. and his foreign policy is neutral and peaceful towards all religion and races and nationalities. He's the only politician that actually acknowledges both US civilians and civilians in Iraq, Afghanistan etc. that suffer from war, sanctions. His ability to see and acknowledge and be neutral to all sides makes me comfortable he's not racist.

But at the same time as defending Paul in those comments not being his sentiments, I have to be honest in saying I feel that 20yrs ago there must be some truth to someone in his team making the political calculation to go for the racist vote which backfired. The extent to which Paul allowed that to happen knowingly- I don't know, and the extent to which I should let that overshadow his genuine inclusive message today I don't know. I suppose it depends on how others react to him.

@proteanview lets say my city was spending huge amounts of money in a war on stray dogs and most of the dogs they were catching were pitbulls, mainly because they were targeting those dogs. If i wanted to end said war does that mean that don't have ill feelings toward pitbulls?

It's cool how you can do this all in one take. The way some popular youtubers constantly pan between different camera shots and that gets really annoying. The way you do it makes the video seem really authentic and makes you seem more learned in the subjects you're talking about than if you were doing that constant panning shit.
