Can I give you some advices?

Put just 1 point in his E, and maximise your Z. It's the source of damages of Kog. Harass with the Z, not with the E. It will do a lot a damages, more than with the E, plus, it's only 50 mana.

And, i've noticed that you don't activate your Z often and you missed some kills. Think of it! It's the main ability of Kog maw!

And don't forget your Ignite! You missed some kills too!

Even if I recommend Flash/ghost for Kog maw because he doesn't have escape mechanism.
