I love the bare remote. The wheel is a bit too heavy and gets in the way. I feel like I can make finer movements just holding the remote.

Well on top of your Wii (above power button) there should be two panels. Open both of them. One should be a Memory Card Slot, I'm guessing that its for the GameCube; while the other one should be a place where you can connect your GameCube controller(s). Hope I helped!

well thats easier in terms of less arm movement and all.

but this is a lot more intuitive, and feels a lot more like driving the car. You might have to move your arm more, but it feels as if you have better control (especially for newer players), because try comparing driving a car with a steering wheel vs driving a car with a joystick. The latter is much much more difficult and unusual.

I think the capability to use the Game Cube controller is a nice touch, as with Brawl. I think I am going to stick with the Game Cube controller too.

Yeah it seems like online play to actually do your best using a Game Cube controller would be the most effective. Literally twisting your hands has got to be harder than moving your thumb.

Probably. But, I find it way more fun with the motion sensing. I think that the biggest reason why the wii is popular is because of the motion sensing. Don't get mad after me, it's just my opinion.

tricks are done with the d-pad, far better than flailing your arms around like a moron. I got a wii for mario kart and brawl to use with GC controller, motion sensing is overated.
