@MulataLinda8 part 135 is a part of the FAA regulations specifically related to charter "on-demand" flights. Part 121 is a part of the regulations related to scheduled air carrier operations (like delta, united, etc).

negative, part 135 can go to cuba, not Part FAR 121! so u can go! with no problem out of Miami
