What an absolute shame someone didn't either move her closer to the telepromptor or wish she gave up & spoke from her heart. I've heard her speak fairly recently & she is as lucid & well spoken as can be.

With her sense of humor I wish she at least made a joke about this at the end. But if they edited out the comment someone was kind enough to post about her forgetting her glasses, doubt they would have shown that either.

Regardless, Bless her for STILL doing so much & LIVING her life!

This isn't how it happened. This has been edited. When everyone applauds, she bows her head and laughs and lets out her big laugh she had just finished saying, "I forgot my glasses" as she was trying to read off a teleprompter. There is another video here on YouTube showing that part. The fact that this video edited it out is clearly an attempt to make her seem more frail and senile. I doubt I could read it either, at half her age, without my glasses. I wish people would stop playing edit games.

seeing her this way seriously makes me cry (literally). im actually crying a little as im writing this... she was such an AMAZINZG actor, and she had such... FIRE.... within her all her life. its so so so sad to see her this way... in a wheelchair, barely able to speak. what make it even more pathetic is how gorgeous she still is.
