  • it was and is too boring

  • I always like to learn on my own, but the physics book is worse than japanese brail to read. The real problem though is senioritis right now.

  • Can you do more momentum problems? Please.

  • interesting explanation.

  • Your The Best , I just feel comfortable when i hear your voice

  • this video was great

  • Even though it does not matter, P_i should be 50.15 kg* 0 m/s and not 50 kg...Even though it doesn't really matter either way, it might give some people the impression that the mass of the snowball doesnt have to be accounted for.

  • 0:12 "lets just say she throw it directly in front of her although she's staring at us" hahahaha funny

  • Who is Justin bieber?

  • latetilla0205 .. stupid questions.

  • I'd tap that

  • 35 m/s? That is 126 mph! She should be in the majors with that cannon

  • is that Justin bieber?

  • @frozenlicks She is a girl! and he is ___!!

  • This is really helpful. Thanks...Please do more momentum videos. I have my physics final next week. You are a lifesaver!

  • Be Happy with Asian bride *lushfmlk.info*

  • dont you divide the 49.85 by -5.25 and get -9.49 as the velocity ? idkk, lol CONFUSED ! but you are a helper (:

  • @BeeezyFBaby23 no look at the equation you divide -5.25 by 49.85 small number over a big number = smaller number

  • @BeeezyFBaby23 No, it's the other way around. The equation is this:

    -5.25 = 49.85 x Vs

We want to find Vs, right? To isolate it, we need to get the coefficient over to the other side, so we divide -5.25 by 49.85.

    Think about it like this...

    4 = 2x

    How do we find "X"?

    We divide both sides by 2, so we get 2 = X, which makes sense because 2 * 2 = 4.

  • This helped me a lot! Keep up the good work.

  • shouldn't you have also taken to account the mass of the ball in the initial momentum calculation (50+.15kg) even though it will end up being multiplied by 0 anyways?

  • @RE90 the ball AND the skater have a mass of 50kg

  • @RE90 isnt the combined mass 50kg? in the initial calculation?

  • our science teacher showed us this video in class. btw me and my friends named the ice scater sally :)

  • Thanks Mr Khan, Your videos are very helpfull

  • nice vid but why u don't calculate with using symbols? it's easier way to analyse the equations

  • 35 m/s?

quiet an arm she got there for an ice skater

    XD

  • @pregnantlameboy lol-=)

  • the whole time i just wondered what iceskating had to do with this problem... i get it now though!! thanksssss!!!!!!!! :)

  • "Although she's staring at us." LOL!

  • DANG SHES HOT!

  • You have good taste. :)

  • lol do all physics teachers do the same examples. my prof. explained the gun and the racket thing too. I swear his watching your vids sometimes xD

  • guns are not violent people are violent a gun cant pull its trigger

  • Unless they're self-aware robot-guns. Then we're all doomed.

  • ahahaha, guns provide needed defense tho

  • If it's defense against roboguns, I totally agree with you. Also zombies. Without guns they'd be roaming this planet freely.

  • Just delete its holomatrix

  • wow i didnt know it would be that easy!!!

  • hello im from brazil

i`ll watch all your videos in these hollydays

    ur helping me a lot

    thank you

  • This does not include friction, right?

If the friction between the girl and the ground was greater than .105, then the girl would not accelerate back, right?

  • She on ice so there's no friction.

  • @keybladewielder999 no friction ...he didnt say anything about friction plus how would you deal with friction if you dont even know the coefficient of it? unless you looked it up which wouldnt be of help at all because you cant do that on tests

  • THEN DELETE IT

  • why is it not available?

  • Thanks
