Two measuring devices we always have with us are the standard issue Mark I eyeballand the hands.
As long as it is not explosives or hot spices for a small meal that you are measuring, they will usually suffice, if you are not a total clutz.
Now, excuse me while I go look for my measuriong cups. I need to cook some rice...
