I feel bad for his guitar tech. Old Black is really getting up there and to have the strings snapped off of it night after night must be a lot of wear & tear on it. You are supposed to change a guitar's strings one at a time. Somehow, Old Black keeps coming back for more.

For a minute I thought he was going to lay his Les Paul down and light it on fire like Jimi did at Monterey. Looks like he just broke some guitar strings at the end, not the actual guitar!!!

Neil did same thing on Saturday Night Live in the 1980's playing "Rocking In the Free World".

Yah baby, what a great show. quedorf is right Neil would probably die if anything ever happened to "old black" I don't think he planned to end it like that but he was so into it, he imrovised like a true legend would. I'm just thankfull I was there to add that to my long list of Neil Young shows.

i was at this show! phenomenal performance all night long. i was up in the nosebleeds but it didn't matter! i saw ol' shakey at massey hall last year and he just keeps getting better!
