IMHO you have created a masterpiece. Holly's wispy angel hair delivery of grandpa's song coupled with the stark brutality of the film segment creates a constrast that is beautifully awesome. It's been years since I saw the film on the big screen. It was transforming. I wept leaving and never felt the need to watch it again. This brings the tears back in spades and I want to thank you for what seems to be an inspired creation. God bless you.

Thank you for the response. Masterpiece maybe strong though. But yes I was inspired by the song and her performance of it that it had to be shared with as many people as paossible. As hard as it is for us to watch this video and the movie, IMAGINE how Mother Mary must have felt watching her son being hung and die on the cross! We have no idea how that feels!! And watching this video and the movie may be just what some people need to be saved by God through the Savior Jesus Christ. <3

im not a religious man but ive not been and felt myself these days, i can explain why but i feel drawn to him, i feel crazy even mentioning it and dont know why i feel drawn to him, words cant describe it but it seems to give me some peace and comfort

it's because it has nothing to do with religion. But a personal relationship with a living God. The video shows only His death, but the rest of the story is that He doen't stay dead. He lives and still does....2000 years later. Your being drawn by Him to Him. Go with the feeling, Jesus is at the end of it. Comfort is part of what He does best and it starts with a simple conversation with Him. Something we call prayer. Just pray.

I love Jesus but I can't bring myself to watch that movie. I know he went through all of this and more but I can't stand to watch it. People are so cruel but this was preordained to happen. God is so good and we are not worthy of him. Thank the Good Lord for saving an old wretched sinner like me. I am not worthy of him but thank him for my salvation he gave to me. I love you Lord!

@LT1HILLINGHOE i am very much a christian but i cant watch this either. seeing what he did in pictures/movie would be too hard for me to watch. even my non-christian friend cried her eyes out in the movies. i cant imagine what i'd be like!!
