I am happy to say that I have done a little training with Tim Jurgens here in the states. I had also met Akamine Sensei when he was here a few months ago. Our dojo is now in close contact with Mr, Jurgens.
Seems a bit offensive. However, nunchaku are not Japanese, but Okinawan. The Okinawans were taught by the Chinese, and therefore had a deep respect for Chinese culture. The names of many Okinawan kata are Chinese in origin, and this is why the Japanese, after learning from the Okinawans, changed the names. Even Shuri castle was modeled after the Chinese castles.
its a shame that they didnt have akamine Sensei or Jurgens sensei demonstrate Bo Kumite, Tim is a very dedicated Martial artist, he and I shared a Dojo on Okinawa back in the 1980's,and he was my first student I promoted to Black Belt.
why isn't there a episode to watch on this style i'm interested to learn more about it

Right on. I was one of Tim's students in Tokyo before he moved back to Okinawa.
Guy really knows his stuff and I learned a lot from him.
