@KTBEverlasting Yeah, I get that they were trying to make it humorous for the sake of television. In the real world, that would be poor etiquette, but of course, it adds to the overall entertainment value of the show. It just makes the characters a little less relatable, that's all.
I can not believe there are men that would break up on a note, post-it, or SMS.... I mean okey... is normal that something to end if it does not work anymore, but I think that is normal also to have a normal conversation face to face with that person, because a relationship is formed in 2 , and it should be broken if it does not work anymore still in 2 , because we like it or not , people with whom we had relationships are people that were part of our life , for a little time or bigger time..:)
Carrie is not a good friend. If your friend just got engaged wouldn't you hold off telling her then and there you got dumped as to not ruin the moment?

One of my favorite scenes. As much as Berger sucked, i'm glad they had him and that story. I had a very similar "berger relationship/breakup" happen to me 3 months ago and at least i can look back at this scene, relate, empathize and laugh at it.
