  • if this was $50 it'd be fine, anything more seems like a real ripoff.

  • 00:46.....show off.....

  • where can i get one?

  • With micro servos built into micro receivers with built in speed controllers and micro brushless i could build my own 4ch slightly bigger and fly 3d in my house, cost me about $50

  • This is extremly overpriced little flyer. I can get a really advanced parkzone micro t 28 with controler for same price.

I would buy this if it had elevator and alarions, mabe you guys should make a biplane at this size with a lot more powerful moter in it

  • @darkruler528 Nothing out there really compares to the size. Look more carefully and realize what it is you are looking at.

  • @plantraco

ok i know its small but still 100$ for this when i can but a larger more detailed powerful featureful stunt plane that i can fly in my back yard any time i want and gives me more battery. im not going to mention the other products in this comment but i would add elevator + bring the price down to AT LEAST 70$ and that's still pushing it. i would probably ditch the rudder and make a 3 channel aileron elevator and throttle plane.that way you get the best performance with least channel

  • @plantraco srry to rip on this product so bad im just saying this was cool a couple years ago but the market has evolved to offer more attractive products to the consumer

  • @darkruler528 OK - whatever. Besides dollar value judgements do you have anything valuable or worthwhile to comment on? Comments price like the one's seen below this video are why the other makers produce such crap aircraft. Sadly most of the end users can't tell the difference. I could care less what price we have to charge you - I want to design and manufacture cool products. period. If you want the cheapest go to Wal Mart. Would you believe I know better than anyone?

  • @plantraco

if you want cool look at park zone or venom rc.

its been over a year you got to have made improvements in that time. i mean this is really cool but with the rush of micro rc planes coming in you got lots of competition. i would of completely bought this 2 years ago or whenever it came out but in that time i got a micro t-28 micro corsair micro stryker from park zone all top notch build quality and a blue angel jet from venom.

this is a great product just needs to be updated

  • @plantraco Who said being different was wrong? in the end, what your doing with your planes is just awesome. i deffinatly see why its worth the money, it flys great, and nothing else that size would ever compete. im deffiantly gonna get me one.

  • @darkruler528 and what idiot buys their rc stuff from Walmart.

only people who don't know much about the rc industry

  • @plantraco no problem

  • @expiondi We sell just the motor for something like $4.00. Check our website

  • @plantraco so why is the plane $99 while the foam-paper probably also costs aroung $1-$10 and the motor $4

    thanks for reply

    -Expiondi

  • ppoop

  • @NewBraza Finally a good comment! Yay! Glad you like it!

  • @blufilmsesa You just have to read dude. Check our website please and you'll see for yourself.

  • thats so cool but how long does the battery last per charge?

  • @BigCountry486 About 7-10 minutes per charge - depends how much throttle you use. This model does like a lot more full throttle than some of our other models such as the classroom fighters, or micro butterfly.

  • airshow announcer:AND NOW THE INCREDIBLY AMAZING SPITIRE!

    CROWD SCREAMS .

    1 PERSON SAYS:WHAT THE SHIT?

EVERY 1 BOOOS! DO YALL THINK THAT COULD HAPPEN?

  • Comment removed

  • Never buy anything with a guy with a haliburton shirt. lol

  • Can it do Loop-Dee-Loops?? What kind of control surfaces does it have? Ailorons? Elevator? Rudder? pls reply (:

  • @gagaruku Rudder Only - it's a fairly simple little flyer.

  • paint a shark on it, and you could scare the Luftwaffe shitleass

  • @Sharod101 HAHAHA

  • is it 2 ch 3 ch or 4 ch

  • can u make a 3d f/a-37 talon that has landing gear and is 4 channels

  • @rcpilot14 Yes - Can you?

  • @mustang102100 develop one yourself then.... especially the electronics. ah.. those ARF "builders", lol...

  • lol nice editting with the sound from The Battle of Brittain! well done. i love spitfires. :)

  • wow! I want one

  • how much?

  • Do they make a P-51 Mustang version?

  • @riothero313 We do a P-51, but at a larger scale. At 1/72 we do have an ME-109 so you can dogfight with Spitfire

  • i cant see it i cant see........oh shit

  • lol

  • I would be flying this through my house dive bombing my cats >:D!!

  • how far can these lil things travel and run time? thanks

  • @kenstarh01 Radio range is 100m. Spitfire can fly about 10 minutes on a fresh battery - maybe a little more - depends on throttle and flying style. microflight website has more information

  • @plantraco awesome! 100m is pretty dam far for such a lil thing. thanks for the fast reply haha

  • @kenstarh01 Yes, the radio is excellent. But a model of this size is difficult to see at such long range, so most flying is done a lot nearer than that.

  • Make one with elevators and I'll buy it

  • it's pretty cute how small it is

    and the merlin soudns lol

  • Where can i buy these? =O

  • How much does it cost

  • the further away it is, the bigger it seems....LOL...

  • how much is it??

  • dma goes pretty fast

  • It cant be 3 or 4 chn! Can it?

  • plan is very small, but that is a very big "indoor"

  • @ObYagTxha Yes, this model is very small and quite fast. It needs a larger area than our other micro models. Fly it outside if you like, as long as the wind is low. It's fun to fly a semi-scale profile rc airplane like this 1/72 scale Spitfire.

  • Very nice indeed. Love the sounds from the movie.

  • sweet your a good pilot to get it to land in your hand

  • im so getting one of these for my buddy. He loves the spit

  • where do u buy!!!!!!! and how much!! please reply please

  • does it have elevators? plz write back thx

  • does it have elevators? if it does it is definitely worth the price... write beack thx

  • Dude... you bought like the worlds smallest airplane for $150!!!

  • That's fantastic but not 150 bucks worth of fantastic IMO.

  • The best part of your video is that you use the engine sounds from a radial and not an inline...

  • @skiski40 No - it's the Merlin sound alright. What makes you say that sounds like a radial? You are mistaken.

  • Great vid loved it. Been on ur website and im gonna get the sky buddy rtf model thanks and is that a good model to learn to fly on? Please get back to me

  • That's not scale -- that's profile. C'mon, guys. By the way, I've seen that plane fly out at White Pines in Bensenville, IL. Not bad, but not nearly as good as this vid suggests.

  • @SomeUselessGeek say what? You mean things that fly in Bensenville don't fly very good? Does the pilot have anything to do with it? This is a semi scale profile Spitfire. It's really nice, and the video does not lie, it flies nice!

  • @plantraco all the airshows ve seen i belive the plane is quite good and maneuverable

  • can you tell me what the range is on this??

  • @Trooper101st 100meters

  • At last! A 1/72nd scale flying Spit!

  • where can i buy it and how much is it?

  • how does it turn

  • 149 dollars? go rob the bank

  • That cost 149 dollar!?!?!?!

  • The smaller they get the more expansive they get.. haha i like little planes this would be fun in the house.. intel you drop a tissue on it XD

  • @airsoftfreek69 expansive?lol

  • haha its Bull!!

  • It's the little silver chiclet sized lipo battery on the side

  • @plantraco I LOVE how Chiclet®'s are a unit for measurement! I just recently learned about them since coming to the U.S. (from Germany). Awesome! I wish I could "thumbs up!" this post more than one time!

  • Five stars for the Merlin engine sounds alone!

  • Does this one have the right stick where you can pull down and the plane flies up or you pull up and it goes down?

  • From what ive seen i think that there is no up+down but there is a rudder thats magnetised

  • Wow that thing looks stable. I thought my sukhoi su26m was small. I must have one!!!

  • thats awsome i want one

  • cute FX =)

  • I agree. $149? BS!

  • @14MorrisonB

    WHAT THE FUCK.

I was expecting 50 bucks lol. I'm not into flying RC planes and I wanted one of these for dicking around.

But at that price I aint dicking around with it.

  • dude that pane is waaay overpriced...and i really want to get one but its WAY too much

  • HOW MUCH!!!

  • 149$ know come on you can geta better plane thne 149$

  • loved the sounds

  • is that a pager motor? and a plastic prop like micro helicopters use on the tailboom?

I hope your company grows huge because once economy of scale kicks in that plane would only cost $5 I'll bet. Then we'll just have to wait for a worth competitor to drive your price down!!!

  • lol it looks like a bug

  • yeah, but does the plane easily break if the wind blows it into a wall or something? cuz it is sooo damn small, it can't have a powerful enough engine to resist strong winds....i'd be pretty pissed if i used my savings to buy one of these and it broke because of a little crash....

  • No, you can crash into a wall, and most of the time it will be fine. The prop is about the only thing to break, and we do include one spare prop for you. This one is not really good in high wind - can you see how small it is. What kind of wind would you like to fly in? Check out the 10 inch wingspan MicroRacers if you want to fly in high wind. But that one is a kit. This one is Ready To Fly out of the box. Trimmed and ready to go. It's so small it can't damage itself hardly! Cheers!

  • BTW - It's more likely to get damaged by someone who picks it up carelessly off the ground trying to help you retrieve it, than in an actual crash. Even then the special foam it's made out of is quite resilient. Check out all our Plantraco videos and you'll see the Micro Butterfly trimming video that shows how durable the airframes are. Anyways, having said all that - all planes can get broken in an instant - if you want to fly - learn to do repairs - it's part of the hobby.

  • 99$ is a rip off lmao!!!!!!

  • I guarantee you will think it's worth the price once you see it and try it. Many people think a bigger plane is worth more than the smaller one. Compare this 1/72 scale Spitfire to anything close to it's size. It has a 6 inch wingspan. We have sold many, and our customers come back for more of our excellent models. Hope you'll give them a chance in your fleet!

  • wow definatly not worth that price tag

  • Price is $99.00

Why do people minimize things that don't fit their personal financial budget parameters? lol

  • how long will battery last

  • About 10 minutes - depends how you fly - how much throttle. But 10 min is a good estimate for this particular model.

  • i want one so bad its awsome!

  • LOL@ the real plane sounds as the that little timy thing goes by... that little tiny 240.00 thing made with 30.00 worth of parts.

  • $30.00 of parts RETAIL...

  • The retail price is $99.00 not $240.00

And so what if it's made with $0.02 of foam, it's got a million bucks of love in it lol.

  • NAIS

    Very Nais :D

    Gonna buy one

  • wow that was insulting man..

i duno it wasnt cheap man

and it had lethium ion battery

but who knows man you know better

  • guys trust me its not worth it

i brought a small helicopter this size

the battery life goes down in a blink of an eye

ull notice the change in battery life like with in 5 days if you fly it every day

and 2 weeks if you fly it like "not regularly"

  • You probably bought a cheap knock-off helicopter and maybe it even had a defective battery. You should be able to get 10min flights and a LOT of good charges with these micro planes. Plantraco is a good plane company if I'm not mistaken, and this plane would probably have a good battery life.

  • woah how did you catch it so easily!?

  • It's a good plane and can be flown precisely.

  • Today i buy this plane.

    I have got Extra 330L

  • love the plane sounds

  • wow I could buy a nice .40 gas arf for that price

  • a nexstar arf?

  • Yeah you could maybe. But for $99.00 you can have the world's smallest 1/72 scale R/C Spitfire.

You minimize our product with comparisons to something that can't touch this.

  • This is pretty cool for the size and the work that went into it though.

  • Thanks for the good comment. Hope you check it out. I know it resembles a simple toy glider, but if you want to land in your hand, it helps a lot to have the quality of Plantraco's 900Mhz R/C system on your side.

  • is that music The Narrow Margin?

  • ah.. thx :)

  • how much :ooo?

  • I think they are about $99.99 which seems like a small plane but a big price, but to be fair it is a RTF model i think you will find, check out there website.

  • wow. that plane is beyond cool
