I sure wish it were possible to fish for these monsters with a rod and reel but you can't - they are filter feeders only and ingest plankton by simply breathing in water. They have not stomachs so won't take any kind of bait or lure from a hook as they don't actually "eat" anything in the traditional sense. Your only chance to catch them is with a net or bow fishing.
