  • RIGHTEOUS DUDE,

  • That is some thick guitar tone

  • Johnny Carson and Stevie Ray Vaughan .... Two of the most amazing people to ever be on a stage together .... R.I.P JC and SRV

  • this was days after number one got busted up in NJ, in fact someone from the leno art department painted on the new SRV letters.

  • i wish they made the stickers srv has on his guitar... i want to get the same kind of stickers he has but instead of saying SRV, i want mine to say RIP...i think that would be so awesome

  • @rokkerdude8 I would get any kind of shiny SRV letter to put on my guitar, then where I rest my arm I would put a small RIP, either that or get his number one (seen here) tattooed right above my heart, where it counts.

  • i belive that that was the debut of the " number one " replica that fender did on Stevie's number one

  • This video doesn't match the music ! Watch his mouth and playing and it's out of sync with the audio. Great song, but please make sure the video has the correct audio track!!

  • @jawneebee Hey calm down... its was not my fault... youtube made a error

  • jesus, 2 months before he died. I wish I could play the guitar like SRV did

  • Love me some Stevie. Throw a wig on Mark Teixera from the Yankees and he's a dead ringer...hahaha

  • I used to concert security for Bill Graham Presents. I was working the FIRST concert of Stevies Rays tour that he was killed on. He had Dr.John open then Joe Cocker was the supporter. AWESOME show! Stevie Ray literally rented the shoreline Amphitheater in Mountainview, Calif for a whole week before the show for rehersals. On wednesday that week he took his tour bus to L.A to do the tonight show. It aired on that Friday and Stevie's show was on that Friday. About 8 hours drive from L.A.

  • Two of the finest Texas heros, Dime and SRV. They're probably in heaven having a guitar duel while slamming bottles of Red Label right now. I really fucking miss these guys.

  • I always wonder if those two knew each other. Does anyone know?

  • u r so right, my favourite guitarists were dime and srv, both from texas

  • @fenderhands1 they are.

hopefully a non feinding form of cocaine is up there too!

i can wait to see SRV!!!!!

  • @fenderhands1 If you knew anything about SRV you would know he quit that years before he died. he lived his last years proudly clean and sober and regularly spoke about it in concerts.

  • @codywillis01 i wasn't calling him out retard. I was saying that they're having a hell of a jam session while having some drinks, thats what they both loved to do....it's hypothetic. I know all of SRVs music, big fan...i don't give a fuck about his biography.

  • i seriously doubt that he is lipsnycing. the audio and video tracks arent synced....that seems pretty blaintenly obviouse to me, im not sure about you guys....

  • You are right. The original video is probably fine, but there was a problem with the upload - this is a fairly common problem with YouTube.

  • please tell me you aren't serious. the audio and video arent synced

  • Ha ha, I know, I was just joking.

  • haha alright. i just wasnt sure because there are a lot of morons on youtube.

  • ur brave... sarcasm is highly undetectable on youtube comments

  • Stevie Ray was really good at immitating the "OUT OF SYNC" like the japanese did on the old Godzilla movies. Lol

  • what do you mean ?

  • @gorthorki Look at the video. His singing is out of sync with the video. That's how the old godzilla movies were.

  • The last of the real guitar heros. Absolutely stunning to watch.

  • The last? Not quite. Dimebag Darrell is in that catagory. Different styles, I know. But, nonetheless a guitar hero in every aspect of the word. SRV is was/is a God among men in the guitar world. Same with Dime, though. Last, no. THE ABSOLUTE BEST, yes.

  • Pretty tragic how Dimebag Darrell died.

  • SRV looks really good in this video. YouTube has been taking down ALOT of great SRV videos lately, so I'm glad to see this one!

  • no plob my friend

  • Stevie is awesome. I have always liked him,saw him live once and it was incredible:)

  • Master at it's best!

thnks so much for keeping his spirit alive!

  • Thanks gleat vid ~^_^~

  • thank for that man
