Garrosh is just misunderstood. He's a moron, has no patiance, manners, and really just wants to see everything die, but he didn't kill Cairne or any druids, the Twilights Hammer and Magetha did all those. He was an idiot to accept, however, and is probably going to lead the Horde to ruin at this rate.
