Yeah I went to Kings Island last night, we wanted to ride this SOO bad, but I think they knocked it down because it wasn't on the map anymore or throughout the park. T_T The Beast is still there, but this one we couldn't find. :[
@TeamApparition I think I might have seen it, vaguely, but I thought someone said that was a different coaster(definitely a tall wooden one). It was closed for sure though. It's ashame good coaster seems to go to waste(unless it was closed for rain?)...just like the Zippin Pippin :(

Actually, it is. The roller coaster trains in this video are the old ones that were removed after the 2006 incident, and they DID have high backs. The current ones don't have them. As for the height thing... I guess it's just the camera angle in the video or something, but that's still how tall it is.
i was inline waiting for it o open and when they opened the ride and i got on the ride it did not have highbacks so i would not argue with me when i work there
Wow, kinda sad that you think this isn't Son of Beast. This is 100% without any doubt the one and only Son of Beast. In the original Premier trains that were used, highbacks were there. After they removed the loop and got new Gerstlauer trains, there are no longer highbacks.
