I use thisle in that bird feeder, but I have a couple feeeders and they go to both. It's funny the male tries to keep the female off the feeder. and they fight in the air. Today was the first day I saw a gold finch at the bird bath. But I'm lucky there are a lot of them here. Glad you liked it.

Thanks for posting, i have around 20 glutton gold finches at my Nyjer feeder. I have to fill it up every day!

Yes, I searched YouTube for goldfinches because I saw one for the first time in my yard. Your video shows them very clearly. What a treat to be able to see them like that every day! What do you put in the feeder?

I have shot this a few times, the American Gold Finches are here from when I get up till dark. Glad you liked it.
