I'm aware of a great many foreign films, they just aren't necessarily my favorites. That said, the video does include clips from The Good the Bad, and the Ugly and Danger: Diabolik, both Italian films, as well as a clip from M, a German film.
That makes it even stranger. I mean, if you have seen the films by Godard, Truffaut, Antonioni, Bergman, Herzog, de Sica, Ozu, Fellini, Kurosawa, Wong Kar-Wai, van Trier, Fassinder, Kalatozov, Akerman, Vinterberg, Tarkovsky, Clouzot, Bunuel, Renoir, Ray, Ophüls, Visconti and didn't like any of them, one wonders why you bother to watch movies at all. Really, what is it about Americans that they don't seem to be aware that there are films made in non-English speaking countries. Strange really!
