Man, did the makers of this toy even watched a single movie of the Friday the 13th franchise? Jason Voorhees was played by really fucking big tall dudes, dammit! Compared to the real Jason this one looks almost as laughable as the new Freddy Kruger in this stupid 2010 remake...

I guess the video is a little deceiving. I'm 6'1" & the Jason animatronic towers over me by at least 5-6".

He's pretty tall, & intimidating to say the least.

Well, OK. Given that I didn't see this animatronic "live", I cannot very well estimate its true size in terms of height. But then again, Jason is supposed to be bulky, whereas the animatronic is kinda skinny.

I got it from the Spirit Halloween store in 2007 as an exclusive & it cost $250.

This month I saw it at k-mart for $200

The idea is good. But I would love to see a better version put together. Maybe like a Fiberglassmasks Jason mask and the there costume over a stronger animatronic frame. I would love to make that. How about a Skulltronix frame underneath?

I think if I was going to make a pro quality one it would cost a few thousand. Not a bad animatronic for a couple hundred.
