That logo on the horse... that's of the now revived 1st Artillery Regiment "Tacna" in 07 it was just a company, this year its now a regiment again

No, all these marches were created before Hitler's times, they are from Prussia, Chile was trained by Prussia in 1890, the uniforms are prussian, not nazi
