The appellate court will go over everything that was done in the first hearing, and potentially the case can go to the Supreme Court (either Minnesota or National). The Supreme Court's only job is to decide if a variety of things are unconstitutional or not, once you break down all their duties. It will most likely first go to Minnesota Supreme Court, then be shoved up to US Supreme Court if requested... The whole process will take a VERY long time, and a VERY large amount of money.

Firstly, you claim you have a legal right to video tape someone. You do not, you require their consent. Secondly, you do not require definitive evidence to require a restraining order. This is usually to protect people until a court date has been set. Appealing it doesn't mean it has to be "entered into evidence", regarldess of what you misquoted from the constitution. You claim you didn't harass, but you posted phone numbers and full names of school officials with your "claims".

In the UK we have common law (law of the land) and criminal law(law of the sea).. we are only subjected to common law.. loss or pain.. Criminal law(law of the sea) is goverment law. Parliament Act and Statues. These laws, have to have consent from the person the law is being imposed on. If you do not give consent the officer, or court person has to upload his or hers oath to the queen under common law juristiction. Its the same in USA, and bills made in your parliament are the same

The appellate court will go over everything that was done in the first hearing, and potentially the case can go to the Supreme Court (either Minnesota or National). The Supreme Court's only job is to decide if a variety of things are unconstitutional or not, once you break down all their duties. It will most likely first go to Minnesota Supreme Court, then be shoved up to US Supreme Court if requested... The whole process will take a VERY long time, and a VERY large amount of money.

Robert, the protesting is getting very old. It was alright for awhile... and then I grew up and learned way more than the people watching alex jones on youtube. You can become a sovereign, get out of the system, and win against any court. You cant win when you're inside the system...

@strolchi10 he broke the law. plain and simple. i dont care wtf kinda injustice comes at him. 1- he had a camera in school(they keep them out of schools to keep kids from harassing others, so he broke that rule) 2- he broke into a room where they threw him out because he was not in there to get a shot which is what the room was ONLY intended for, not for some ppl to go give out any homo flyers. 3- the teacher did not assault him. he was not obeying the rules and therefore the teacher...

@strolchi10 ...took the camera by force because he would not give up the camera. that is insubordination and also against the rules. you may look at it as "standing up for his rights" or some other junk but to every other law abiding citizen in this country HE BROKE THE RULES/LAW. if there were not rules or laws the world would be hella worse than it is now.

Your attitude is why our institutions are in a steady rate of decline. People in authority have rules to live by also. Having a title does not exempt one from standards of behavior.

@klard ...you CAN follow the law to bring that "truth and justice" out into the open if you think its not there. there are consequences to breaking the law to get your word out, but they cant do shit if you, i dont know, follow the law and voice by voting, becoming senator, govener, ect. i respect power and authority yes, because they have the higher voice, so you guys should try to use this education you get to gain that power and authority and use it right if you think its not bein used right.

@paintball1004 The USA was established to have a government that served the people and at the consent of the people. Power originates from the people as opposed to a monarchy where the power originates with the officials. Our Founding Documents clearly provide for speech and protest in opposition to the government authority. One is expected to speak up and protest injustice. We do not elect monarchs to a term of years whose authority is unquestioned. People need to educate themselves.

@paintball1004 : YOu are wrong. Protests are what got the USA out of Vietnam and started the process of ensuring equal rights for all Americans. If you really want to see an effective protest look into how the public chased the Shah out of Iran. The Shah made a decree that any gathering of three or more on the street was to be declared a mob and immediately shot. The next day a group of one million people gathered outside his palace and he ran for his life. In USA people just give up.

Throughout history the public has risen up and changed things in a drastic way in a very short period of time. The American Revolution which founded this country was a protest and uprising against the King.

And eventually, after heavy taxation and brutal mistreatment from England, English soldiers shot into a crowd of protesters, "The shot heard around the world". Which in turn started the war. The Revolution was a protest, which then sparked a war much later. So you are wrong. Btw, mindless blabbering and swearing doesn't make your case.

Ore a houserule that forrbidds you to talk to anyone of youre classmades during the breake about political issues even if all of them want to hear it! Ore a Houserule that allowes the teatcher to punish you with physical violence if you get out of line!

We dont have a Hitler although people like this kid try to look at it like we do. im not saying i like Obama but the way people talk about him and depict him is pretty insane at times. hes not killing people, hes not smuggling drugs or running a cartel so people need to lay off a bit. im not saying all laws are just but there are laws, like this kid broke, that need to remain the same for everyone to ensure safety amoung others.

@paintball1004 In this video he never broke any laws @strolchi10, and many of the United States laws are fairly stupid and pointless, while other laws are absolutely upheld (Bill of Rights), and the US Judge in whatever district he was in broke his constitutional rights (as well as much more), and that is the start of a tyrant, somebody who is allowed to flex and break the laws and doesn't go punished.

BECAUSE THE LAW IS PROTECTING THE INNOCENT AGAINST IT. cameras in school are against the rules because IT PROTECTS PEOPLE FROM BEING A TARGET ON THE WEB OR OTHER PLACES THAT VIDEO IS SHOWN. i believe in crime and punishment, even for myself. thats my opinion im done

@paintball1004 He never mentioned cameras inside the school, he said he was not allowed to film any of the teachers in public, which is legal without the restraining order. And comparing what happened with him with shooting someone is asinine. Doesn't necessarily correlate.
