Hi Jim, thanks for this great tutorial, I own this program myself but didn't know about going through the media properties to help with this, gonna put this into practice, thanks again Jim :-)
thankyou so much for this tutorial. It took me almost 6 hours following their tutorials to get a basic key. I thought Id have to spend weeks more to get the key "clean" this video saved me the time. I still use Adobe Ultra as its a lot easier than the FX Home program but I really wanted to use both. Thanks again.
@brennant6 Im sorry :( im not using the program anymore, and no Ive never got an answer for it. Try to search on the forums and u can find it i think.
You have a choice of two views the track or composite. Look at the top of the picture on the right and you'll see "View: Project overview (cached)" next to that is a flag looking thing. Click on the flag and you get a choice of track or composite. Click on composite to see the foreground and background.
If you're talking about the greenscreen, I bought it online. If you mean the picture I replaced the greenscreen with, it's just a photograph of the inside of an old castle that's been photoshoped. You can take your own video or stills and put them behind your actors. I recommend that you enhance them first. I use Photoshop for stills and Sony Vegas for video.
Great tutorial! I use FX Home, and I've always had such problems keying poorly lit greenscreen that I end up using garbage mattes instead. This helps tremendously. Thanks!
great tutorial!

I must say, this is one of the best green screen software programs I have used. If you want a clean composite, get this software.
