Second make it in your head that if you watch any porn for the next 7 days you will go to hell. Make an oath. That will provide adequate fear. Than masturbate but feel guilty after it and stop masturbating for a week. Than masturbate every week and only ONCE a week till you feel control.

I think that imaams should talke more about the subjects mastrubation and porn. I've been to the masjeed so many times but I never heard someone talking about this while we know that nearly everyone watches porn and mastrubates

wallahi I am now struggeling to stop but inshallah with salaat I can overcome this form of addiction. I think that if imaams are more open about it to everyone and especially young people then less people would start to do it and you cant miss what you don't know

Pray to Allah and fear Hell. Because hell is Eternal and you do NOT want to be burning there.

I used to have the addiction as well. I quit it January of this year, late January I think. I believe Allah gave me the fear in my heart-I felt like I was going to hell and it was so scary so I stopped and never watched it again.
