  • I'm surprised you didn't hit the old stockyards since you were so close to it. Course now it's mostly where Kemper Arena is which is about to be torn down. The stockyards are what made KC the metro city it is. ;) Anyway great stuff you have. It's good to see my city getting some love.

  • Cool. I felt like I'm exploring the area myself. I won't mind watching it at normal speed. Gives me time to 'check out the buildings'.

  • Thanks for the ride. I enjoyed the tour!

  • Fascinating. We're seeing less and less of these industrial districts in their original, gritty form, as developers (usually for good reason) eye them for redevelopment. From what I could see in this video, it already looks like that process may be starting to take shape (saw some buildings available for lease, along with a few newly renovated structures). Thanks for the tour.

  • @FreewayBrent I'd have to admit I didn't imagine it would be so busy. I was expecting a scooby doo ghost town but it actually looked like a thriving district..

  • Nice tour, but the streets look kinda dead... its the whole city like that?

  • very interesting, thanks

  • Do you have an artist and title of track please?

And do you have any mor similar vids?

  • @erka001 It should say below the ratings bar. And what do you mean by similar?

  • @eluko79 I just mean normal street instead of interstates/freeways. I find less street driving videos from the US.

  • @erka001 I have a few. I'll send you a detailed message on that.

  • Great tour! Nice architecture! What a clean and beautiful looking city.... it btw,In Seville ,there exists a Monument dedicated to the city of Kansas, and the statue of an Indian with his horse

Always a pleasure to ride with you..

  • @CAMINOANDALUZ Thanks Josan. That's very interesting. There's a Seville Plaza in Kansas City that's adorned with Spanish architecture. Its one of the nicest parts of town.

  • JUST PERFECT! Everything is included! Thank You - FoToEdge - Bob Travaglione - KC

  • Kansas city is really one of the only places left in the US where all that still exists. Very fascinating area and city-- nice job on the video!

  • @FreewayTitan Thanks Max. I'm kind of amazed at how much went into this place considering its on a floodplain separated from downtown. Some of these buildings would be upscale apartments in any other city.

  • I loved how you showed us one area of Kansas City that many people wouldn't even consider exploring in their own free time. I would just love to go see one of those industrial districts with the overpasses, cantilever bridges, countless railroad spurs, old brick buildings, storage facilities and warehouses. Large cities like Kansas City have those kinds of areas of the city, which truly epitomize typical old urban landscapes. The track was a total match for the video!

  • @Reiser86 Thanks. These are always my favorite parts of a city.

  • Is there a "Kansas City Avenue" in STL?

  • @hkfreak Not according to google maps.

  • Cool video, i love the old architecture. very gritty. Keep 'em coming!

  • love this vid... i'd like to see more urban driving vids from the us, freeways, interstates etc are great, but we need more city scapes too.

also i love seeing gritty parts of cities... this was like a ghost town, only there were some cars now and then. cheers

  • Interesting area. A lot of bumpy and cracked roads in that area.

  • Keep up the good work!

  • I really liked this video, the music goes well with it :D

  • Wow, never seen KC from that angle before! Great video!

  • I always liked the industrail district. It didn't matter what city it was in. It fascinates me. UB

  • Thank You Eluko

    Comparely To L.A River

  • Never seen that area, looks interesting. Great job on the video.

  • @FreewayAndrew Thanks Andrew!

  • Excellent video, I tooled around there in 2007, fascinating area! Big thumbs up.

  • @Freewayjim Thanks Jim!

  • dig the vid man!

  • @OnThatPowder Thanks!

  • The grittier sides of cities are very cool. Thanks for the tour of KC most never see.
