No it looks like a Fiat Topolino. Do a google search for Anglia and compare. The anglia grill is much taller, not as wide and more vertical. The windshield area is more vertical on a Anglia as well. Simca's and Fiats were made from the same molds in these years.

I found out about this car from the GASSERMADNESS website.
I like drag racing cars that are UNUSUAL.
This one is having a Simca body and a Slant Six engine!
Great to see this 1960's race car updated and run again.

It is a simca. Made in France and imported into this country much like the Anglia. It runs a turbocharged slant 6 EFI on methanol.
