Too bad we have so many people in Congress who are ignorant of the contents of the U.S. Constitution, even after they have sworn to support defend and bear allegiance to a document of which they are totally ignorant. If DC wants to have a Representative, they need to either pass a Constitutional Amendment revising Article 1 Section 2, or DC needs to become a state, elect a Governor and legislature, form and man a National Guard contingent, and all the other things states have done.
