Dont know the exact measurements [as i stick to old skool, new cars are absolutly crap on too many differnt levels] but go for a 35 - 40mm drop. You get the handling gains without it being impractical, and if you get the 35mm eibach springs you dont need to inform the insurance as ford supply a lowering kit by eibach themselves so it's as good as standard. If its all show no go that is. If you want to do it properly Gaz or Koni ajustable coilovers are race proven
i have a mk6 zetec. can i get it remapped but safely? had a friend remap a 206 and it completly wrecked his car.
