  • ahh. gold icon and "gills", my grandfather's bel air is a limited production with silver, only 280 were made... It currently is running a 327 from a 1966 corvette!

  • @MACANDERSONness Oh, a rare one! I just really like those 57's. Such a beautiful design and restrained fins. That 327 is a good engine for your grandad's car. Thanks for enjoying this 57.

  • @55lincoln Anytime! Oh, and you wouldn't happen to know what is horribly wrong with my engine if my distributor is exactly 45 degrees off? I have all of my timing marks lined up... (I have a 1969 VW Beetle that I am Restoring)

  • The red interior really goes nice with the tuxedo black paint. Spinners and whitewalls really add to the look of this great looking beauty. I wonder what the story behind this low mileage classic is. From the front plate I am guessing that it came with dual quads and it has a manual transmission.

  • @cheddyrod Yes, I figured dual quads on this too. Unfortunately, after I talked to the owner and asked him to raise the hood, he was distracted and dissapeared. So, no engine shown. BUT, this is a beautiful classic '57 Chevy for sure.
