  • @hootyoot do as much as you can. try to push yourself everytime so that the stronger you get, and the higher your number gets, you can track your progress better which will give you more motivation.

  • Hang on, you would do more reps with a lighter weight for a beginner and less reps with a heavier weight for more experienced trainers.

  • Actually I think you're not doing it right... you should go back down (straight) with your upper body before changing side (in the middle of the movement), not just roll from one side to another. I don't see how you could breath properly doing it like this, there is not enough time to inhale and exhale between side changes.

  • @Karan2Klive probably if you eat healthy and keep at it...do 30 the first day and do it 5 times or more a day and each day gradually go up 10 more reps

    get some sleep and drink milk and water!! Thats very important

  • Hey this one hurts my back a lot before I can get much burn. I aint no fatty either unlike the  comment about people eating chips. I can run 2k in 12.05 and a bit more common sense from myself would see me smash that time to aroun 11".20 probably.

  • @butterandjellymytoes alotta people are saying they dont feel it. Wait till a day after, you'll feel sore probably. Time after time, you'll get less and less sore even if you increase the reps. Not because it doesnt work anymore, but because your body is used to getting sore so it doesnt get sore anymore. However, after 4-6 weeks you should change each workout to get better improvements.

  • @zmoviewatcher1234 yeah you will be sore for the first few days because youre used to it, wait until you muscles are 100% before doing it again, and you should eventually be able to do it everyday.

  • Trust the statistics, this workout is far superior to sit-ups because sit-ups only target one or two areas and it is also bad for your back. The right diet is just as important as the workout if not more important so you can't just do a few sets of this a week alone and expect results. If you can help it try not to skip breakfast either that's you most important intake of protein. Also, stay off the sodas.

  • I just started and my personal trainer advised me 15 reps twice during the workout and inbetween those sets do something different like lift weights. I did that and today I am so sore I can barely walk and getting up or sitting down is painful.
