I don't see how you could breath properly doing it like this, there is not enough time to inhale and exhale between side changes.

Not because it doesnt work anymore, but because your body is used to getting sore so it doesnt get sore anymore. However, after 4-6 weeks you should change each workout to get better improvements.

Trust the statistics, this workout is far superior to sit-ups because sit-ups only target one or two areas and it is also bad for your back. The right diet is just as important as the workout if not more important so you can't just do a few sets of this a week alone and expect results. If you can help it try not to skip breakfast either that's you most important intake of protein. Also, stay off the sodas.
