@vampireanimegirl I think whats going on is this: There a girl and a disco dancer. I believe the candy is drugs(others think this too). The girl works for the dancer by selling her body to get him drugs/money claiming every time her first time. I'm thinking the dancer cheated people somewhere along the way, so the two of them are always on the run. The girl finally gets tired of running (not getting what she wants out of this) and rats him out.

@vampireanimegirl In the end, he managed too escape from the people chasing him. He finds her, possibly hoping she still has drugs or money on her or something... The "stepping on his hand" is the girl turning him away, being done with that part of her life. I could be wrong or left something out. (I guess I should have asked if you were still wondering about the meaning of the song, instead of posting to long comments as a reply...)
