  • COOL I GOT THIS NOW I NEED TO LEARN HOW TO DEE JAY

  • and for only $350 you could have some buttons and a fader!

  • The sole reason this video makes me want a Midi Fighter is because of Anamanaguchi.

  • please view my midi fighter mix on my channel! i am a begginer dj and i just want to get some where with my djing, so please give me a chance and just view and like my vid thanks!!thumbs up so everone can see!

  • can this be used with serato?

  • anamanaguchi!!!!

  • is that Anamanaguchi? sweet!

  • can i set this up with serato 2.0 and the xone DX ??

do you offer serato mappings ?

  • can i use this to make beat?

  • I don't understand what everyone is bitching about... these are gourmet midi controllers with amazing buttons that can be be mapped to serve any purpose. You could easily use one of this with any software.

  • WTF is the song? I <3 it.

  • @MrDeekaph OH nm me, credits has them. Must learn patience.

  • If your music selection good theres no need to add all this mambo jambo to ur sets :d

  • Respect the tables, don't use them as tables.

  • Oh! Does this this work with Serato ITCH's 2.0 sample decks?

  • @FriedChickenScatch It works with traktor :P (the software)

  • The "one thing bout music was from dead prez it's bigger than hip hop.

  • @nafixisntright , agreed .

  • 1-850-696-3469

  • Does anyone know how much it would cost to build your own controller? I'm considering doing it bc i'm not trying to pay ~$300 for this.

  • Shut up and take my money!

  • ENGINEER!! POOT MIDI FIGHTER HERE!!

  • What Anamanaguchi remix is this? I must know!

  • @abcbadcat seems to be the RAC remix of "airbrushed", i guess the dj in the video just mixed some rap into it. that "one thing bout music" verse, by googling u will find that it could be the lyrics from drake, dead prez or bob marley (?)

  • whats the track that starts at 0:26 ??

  • do you deliver to holland ???

  • anamanaguchi!

  • MIDI FIGHTER PRO OR NI MASCHINE HEELP ?? I THINK MASCHINE CONVINCE MEE :))

  • @DJPERRO602 MASCHINE... you can do alot more. :P

  • @DJPERRO602 maschine if money is not an object. Maschine if it is (just buy the mikro).

  • @DJPERRO602

Maschine if you want to produce... MF if you want to beatjuggle and do crazy FX live (and other essential dj stuff)

  • @DJPERRO602 NI Maschine

  • @DJPERRO602 Maschine mikro is great for studio but live you need to make your own midi setup. the Maschine (the big one) is also great live

  • @DJPERRO602 MASCHINE

  • @DJPERRO602

i ve got a maschine, it's awesome. That toy in the video is just so LIMITED, you cant do shit with it

  • @DJPERRO602 go with the maschine.....it costs a bit more, but IMO its much better..

  • @DJPERRO602 Maschine always

  • @DJPERRO602 Maschine has velocity control. Necessary if you ever want to do dynamic drums.

In the end, you'd just buy this for the aesthetic.

  • Would this be a good investment for just like recording your own stuff? Or is this more aimed towards live performance?

  • Can you run traktor with a MIDI fighter plus a controller simultaneously.

  • How much

  • what happened to the 'xx fader' layout? I was really hoping to get one of them.

  • What's the intro track? I want it!

  • so are teh buttons velocity sensitive?

  • Can someone tell me whats the name of the chiptune type track in this video? Can't wait to order my Midi Fighter.

  • @eangolden, hey man, @0:28 what's the track on deck A? its got some awesome vibes (:

  • @djomni9 it's from dead prez and called hip hop

  • @xxmagnumforcexx oh cool, thanks man :)

  • is this good with ableton live 8? or should i just stick with getting an akai apc40

  • 0:28-0:52 ... fucking bow down... jeez just tried that and its pretty damn tough... he's so smooth.

  • Vinyl is still the best!

  • Traklist? :)

  • I know this is probably a really shallow thing to say (if shallow is the right word), but i wish you'd make a midi fighter with standard dj controls on it because i love the way they look and i have no need for all those buttons....

  • Can you use this with ableton live?

  • why would i want this over the classic? visa versa. thanks

  • i must say the music in this video is perfectly mixed from, live play to background track. very well done. and yes i will be getting one very soon :)

  • i must say the music in this video is perfectly mixed from, live play to background track. very well done. and yes i will be getting one very soon :)

  • Can you make one with a street fighter-style joystick so i can scroll through my traktor library.

  • Comment removed

  • What's the name of the track in the background?

  • @djhans305 Song is "Airbrushed" by Anamanaguchi

  • @djhans305 Particularly the RAC remix of "Airbrushed."

  • Its only buttons and mappings! haha

  • is it good for making deadmau5-ish music?=)

  • @zipproductionz all music!

  • @RoyyoRoyyo awesome man:) but does it work with the software "fl studio"?=)

  • @zipproductionz yaa its says in the video "all programs" (i tihink)

  • You guys do realize that this is not an effects box, right? You can do any of the things they did in this video with any midi controller. You are basically paying for their custom traktor midi mappings, which only true DJ and audio production noobs would be excited about. Needless to say, most of the "cool" features can only be used with Traktor.

  • @nafixisntright You're paying for the controller. Anyone can download the mappings for free online. So, no, you're not paying for their midi mappings.

  • @blink13productions

Well if those are free, then you're grossly overpaying for a metal housing with some arcade buttons (that are not velocity sensitive) and a couple of sliders. I'm not saying it's uncool or poorly built. But it is way over priced for some buttons and sliders..

  • @nafixisntright

    You're actually paying for a rather well-made Midi-controller.

  • i would rather pay for somthing thats really expensive and get great quality than to buy cheap gear that always fail.

  • do they deliver to Australia?

  • @eangolden

    Can you please post a tutorial on how to map FX's onto the MIDI mode of the S4, and how you mapped the FX on the jog wheels of the S4. I really want to know how to do this, but I can't seem to edit my Traktor Kontrol S4's mapping. D;

  • Ean, the things you're doing with DJ'ing are really cool :) I like this controller a lot! keep it up!

  • when you dropped that "secret combo" pitch bend my face blew up! made my day in an explosive way

  • whats the name of the song used in the video? its dope

  • you need to offer kit form for diy pepole

  • Dear Santa,

  • Are the buttons pressure sensitive?

  • WAT DO I WANT MORE!!!

Midi fighter pro OR NI Maschine?

    HELP MEEEEE!

  • @bassgeek388 Midi Fighter Pro, duh!

  • @eangolden YYYAAAA BROSKI!!!!!

  • @eangolden lol thought ud be torn between cos on one side your business is the midifighters but on the other hand your also a walking advert for native instruments :P

  • @bassgeek388 can't really compare the two..this is for djing and the maschine is geared more towards producting (not that it can't be used for djing too).

  • @bassgeek388 maschine then u get to use it as an mpc aswelll

  • @bassgeek388 hooooolllyyyy crap i am making the same decision right now and i thing im leaning heavily twards midi fighter pro

  • @bassgeek388 Maschine. Way more things u can do with it

  • @bassgeek388 MIDI FIGHTER 100 % DUDE :D

  • $350 for the midi fighter pro!! FFS -.-

  • Which version of this is best for aiding the creation of mashups? also, would it be beneficial to use this in correlation with other controllers such as an S4? can this be used in traktor 4 deck setup?

  • @aallenebs I regularly use my Midi Fighter Pro with my S4.

  • @eangolden yes all my questions are answered and i am buying a midi fighter pro !!! just one question. do i have to buy anything extra to un my s4 and a midi fighter with traktor at the same time? thanks for your help ean, you have great videos and great ideas!

  • do you have to memorize what every button does or what???

  • @PistoleroGordito you map them to whatever you want and than you have to memorize what you mapped them to.

  • song?

  • In a perfect world, I'd have one of these set up with traktor, with my laptop plugged into the third channel of my mixer so I can mix normally then drop into beatmashing sessions every once in a while. Buuut unfortunately, I have to pay off my decks, by a macbook pro, AND Traktor, AND Reason 6, AND a 350 dollar midi fighter.. :(

  • @ElectronicAether cool story bro.

  • for your statement of high quality product... Will it come with lifetime warranty ( not limited) for such greatness in your product?

  • 350? Srsly? Good luck with that

  • RAC!!! This is my jam! :D

  • Thumbs up if u are a Dj :)

  • @Bluestreamfb Pretty sure we're pretty much all DJs here haha

  • I am interested in a ''Midi Fighter Pro'' but wanted to know if they have delivery mexico?

    Email: qawzse45@hotmail.com

  • @chrisiomaniaco Yes, there is delivery to Mexico!

  • @eangolden Do you deliver to the Middle East?

  • @eangolden Which midi fighter would you prefer if im more the dubstep mixing. And also whats the best dubstep software.

  • HEY what song were you playing?

  • Is this made of legos?

  • @RoboticusMusic lulz

  • This is the controller i've been looking for to complete my current x1 setup =) do you know when they'll be available again?

  • Oh god what is that song?

  • cool im seeing touch pad phase devices also

  • @eangolden Please get a mapping up of these i wanna get a cue point masher but i need to know the mapping and its also sold up Ean whats up with that???

  • whats that song thats running in the back? this thing is awesome but i just wish i could buy the PCB so i can make my own controller. CONTROLLERISM!

  • that's some nice piece of equipment O,O

  • Its a great product. Im looking forward to ordering mine this week (beatmasher). The price haters just need to get a better job, this gear looks fun as hell. You pay for what you get... Im guessing all these "Nay" sayers have shitty tattoos as well.

  • MY opinion on the MIDI Fighter Pro: I fucking want it.

Cue Master - I love it but i think it would take a long time to set the cue points and samples to actually make a mix. That's the only problem. For a person like Ean, that would be perfect for them!

Beat Masher - I think would be on-the-go mixing because. Its a beat masher. Well yes you would have to set up songs and cue points and stuff but overall this would be the easiest. I want this one and I'm saving up for this one!

  • is it just me or is the "XX Fader" just the "Cue Master" rotated 90 degrees?

  • 2:05 I jizzed

  • it is a bit pricey :( If it was $200 or less i would definitely pick one up

  • you are paying for not only the hardware but the hours the technicians spent on mapping. not a bad price.

  • Not good when you watch the video waiting for something cool then it comes and it's the hole on the bottom for the turntable :/

  • 350$ !?!?!?!? WHY? Are u thinking that we are idiots? Good marketing but wrong price. All Spanish artists I know who have seen it say the same thing.

  • are the arcade buttons Sanwa?

  • @rubbadubbaducky yes. Sanwa 24

  • Thumbs up for Anamanaguchi

  • way to expensive, for what they do and for what you can get on the market this days, They look good, that's for sure but honestly $349 + Tax it's expensive

  • Not a ridiculous price :D

  • Its great, but too expensive...

  • @plbenoit dude have you seen the pricetag on stuff thats just like it like ableton shit... id say this is a great price for what it does

  • @xXDJcapdabblerzXx Don't get me wrong: the MidiFighter Pro is well designed and seems like a solid controller. The APC40 is about 50 dollars less, and has 110 buttons, 17 knobs, 10 faders. The Kontrol X1 is 150$ less and offers great controls aswell. The thing is, the MFpro and these controllers are not exactly in the same category, but the MFpro doesn't offer THAT much for the price. One thing though: it is a unique and great perfomance controller, but that doesn't totally jusitify imo. Right?

  • @plbenoit waoh i was not aware of the existance of those things but yea it is still unique but expensive, however i think it could be worth its price if you knew how to (and i wish i did) order the parts and make your own custom one with as many faders, knobs, and buttons as you want

  • @plbenoit

Thanks for your feedback. I wish we could make this controller affordable for everyone but sadly, quality is expensive. We are using the very best buttons, faders, case, circuits available and everything is hand assembled in San Francisco. Its a great value compared to mass market products but yes- more expensive :)

  • @eangolden The slightly high price is the only bad side I see really. Great product, keep it up

  • Comment removed

  • @plbenoit You Pay for what you get.... A amazing Controller

  • @plbenoit

Those may not be for everybody of course. But really and I know that's subjective in a sense, I think the price is quite fair actually considering the numbers of controls available, components and how the midi messages are sent.

  • @plbenoit it's 350 us and the efx 1000 is about 1k it's a great deal :)

  • @plbenoit agreed. You can get the traktor kontrol x1 for $229 and it comes with traktor 2 free until the end of sept.

  • Awesome piece of hardware!

  • What a clever idea using the arcade buttons!

  • With the cue master are all of the arcade buttons for effects or are some also mapped for cue points? I know that sounds stupid but iId like to know. I know you can map them in but I wouldn't want to delete anything pre mapped or buy a second midi fighter....

  • You're a genius Ean

  • Comment removed

  • this song's dope... where can i find it?

  • bwaa. :s

  • im so geting one of these anyone got the track they used for this?

  • Ean totally rocked that controller 0:27 - 0:51 !

  • songs?

  • Is there a download for that song? Its incredible!

  • would this work with M-audio torq 2.1?

  • @whiteblitz Midi is midi (more or less), so yes, it will work with Torq. You will have to assign all the buttons and knobs though.

  • Damn, djtt is really stepping up its game with this one. Great to see.

  • you guys are the best ever

  • could someone send me link to the song in the video?! i cant find it anywhere :(

  • Omg please send the jazz sample, amazing sample.
