I don't know why people are trying to vote Bobby Jon off, either. He appears to be loyal enough to where he would stick with Ulong in the event of a merge, and regardless of all else, he is clearly their strongest male competitor. James has a good positive spirit, but he's also annoying at times and has had his fair share of mediocre performances in challenges.

James wasn't the tribal cancer, and the tribe didn't blame him for their loss. Ibrehem wasn't any stronger than anyone else there. The Koror did perfectly in adding to the Ulong's misery, forcing them to keep someone they wanted out.
