She does have a nice voice, however; she does not articulate the words thoroughly, as if she is unsure of the lyrics, which are Latin. I do not like the ligatos and groans, ala Mariah Carey and Whitney Houston, towards the end. This is not a pop song, and should not be treated as such. Ave Maria is a time-proven test as to a very disciplined soprano. But I applaud her for tackling it.

I go back to the old country and I can now see the difference in the people (mostly younger) and when I was a teen. I think she's good. However I don't think she is ready for competition. I will say this though, I do hear something in her voice, that with time and development, will be one of the best voices out there. I think a very young Celine Dione.
