Put 1/2 c ground coffee like starbucks or whatever in a mason jar. Add 1 1/2 cups of cold water. Put lid on and shake. Let sit a day or so, shaking it up every once in a while. I use a coffee filter placed over the opening of another mason jar and secured with a rubber band. Pour coffee mixture into that to strain. Works like a charm!
I'm sorry, I'm unclear as to how the coffee is cold pressed. I certainly don't have a special machine like yours to do so. Can you please clarify and give more details? This one will be great for me! The only thing about going raw that has been tough is giving up the caffeine!

That is correct, its about 60% less acidic and you can also heat the concentrate using hot water.
