I worked as a Asst Manager at a burger king during these times. I have stacks of proof of this. They even ripped me off.  Now in the Southwest they mostly employ hispanics. I suffered racism (I am white), Non-payment of wages and was cussed out by a District Manager. I quit with a 1 page letter. They didnt even challange the unemployment comp. I could have sued them. I didnt. And if you work for BK and doubt me lets go toe to toe!

employee free choice act is being pushed by criminals in organised labor. This "employee free choice act" would TAKE AWAY your right to vote privately if you want to become union or not. The criminals want to be able to threaten you if you vote no. Organised labor brings in billions of dollars every year, allot of the money goes to paying politicians and campaigning for them. The politicians that get money from union labor pushed this bill for their own benefit.I think b.k. should pay better!
