  • HAHAHA. Epic. : )

Currently working on a project myself....not quite like yours, haha.

    Regards!

  • I fell onto it by accident but didn't leave without watching it through and leaving this comment. I think that says a lot.

I know nothing about the AAAF but you guys captured all the intensity of the generic spaghetti western, made water pistols lose their childish innocence and got some great ambience from curiosity of the passers by and yet nobody felt the need to call a paramedic for the collapsed body?. ;-)

  • very very good. Can we see more??

  • fucking hot.

  • This is AMAZING. Seriously.

  • did anyone actually try and purchase their very own cinematic duels?

  • no but you'd be surprised at how many inquisitive looks we got.

  • That was very cool!

Was that a Cubs shirt? You, my friend, are awesome

  • very very good! I thoroughly enjoyed that.

  • Dude that was gnarly, I can definitely tell you've been re-watching GBU like 50 times again lol

  • slightly un-original concept, but pretty good.

  • yeah. the idea is to be a direct homage to spaghetti westerns, so technically it's not even original at all.

  • i didnt know you guys lived in Ann Arbor!

    I LIVE IN DETROIT!

.....not like it matters or anything... nice shortie though!

  • So basically I just said all this shit in a comment and it didn't post and I don't feel like retyping the whole thing, so I'll just say this: I like it! Bon travail! Also, Eva is a baller. So cool and menacing. And Emily!

  • I am definitely a baller.

    -Eva

  • Cool beans. Its so weird that you don't have 2 Million subscribers. Eh, People don't appreciate art.

  • aw, i'm flattered.

  • I'm not sure if it was long enough, as they both went on to watch a few more of your shorts. I tried to get them to comment, but they're surprising tight-lipped.

  • that's totally emily at the end isn't it, haha

  • indeeeed

  • So cool! Was the purple shirt girl an amazing coincidence?

  • amazingly scripted, perhaps

  • quite amazingly!

  • LOL IS THAT EMILY?

  • totes is

  • Man, talk about an All-Star cast. It's like an episode of 30 Rock.

  • hahaha i know, right? this was definitely my biggest budget yet.

  • Pure brilliance. You have excellent ideas, Adam. Well done. Excellent use of the music, hopefully no one gets you for copyright haha.

  • thank you! yeah i was torn about using real morricone but i knew i needed it to fit the mood.

  • It was basically perfect. Not to mention the addition of the ridiculously long stare down that is a trademark of Leone.

  • Fantastic! The Wild, Wild Mid-West. Keep 'em coming, cowboy. UGH

  • hahahaha, thanks. and was it long enough for ira this time?

  • Adam and Eva, you both perform admirably here. Great stuff!!! -John

  • thanks, pops!!

  • my favorite is defiantly the the giant puppet that walks buy in the end

  • mongo man? we didn't notice him till after and considered asking him to be the one who walks up to the stand at the end.

  • Brilliant! The switch to widescreen was awesome. And man, those ittybitty hands are quick.

  • Hey Guys~! This is probably not the first case of the Artist shooting the Patron! :) Nice work Eva! I'd love to see what you won.

BTW Any plans for ColasSquared? Been meaning to ask....

    Harris

  • i'll let you know.

and colassquared is probably dead for good, sadly.

  • thanks!

  • The gunshot definitely startled me.

    I LOVED IT!

But why do you hate the Ann Arbor Art Fair?

  • oh lots of reasons. mainly the flood of stupid, slow-walking out of towners.

  • that was awsome

  • $5 for a cinematic duel? Now that is a good deal.

Also, you're cool, I like it, and you should win.

  • well sadly, since sponsored by a nonprofit, everyone will win some award. but no actual monetary prizes.

  • Oh. Well. Awards are still good?
