Where did you get this one? I think this is Okazaki Ritsuko's self-cover version, from the posthumous album "for RITZ". Kasahara's voice does not have the tremolo and the lithe. Try searching "Symphonic Rain Fay vocal" on youtube, you will find Kasahara's version.
The most noticable difference is probably the "lalala" part at 1:44, which was not in the original version.
